Paul Rojas is the Managing Partner and co-founder of RA Law Group. He has practiced exclusively in commercial litigation, insolvency and construction since 2003.
As an experienced commercial litigator, Paul has run many large high stakes litigation matters in all Australian jurisdictions, ranging from building and construction disputes and recovery, insolvency and corporate recovery, restructuring, commercial disputes, secured and unsecured debt recovery, contractual and corporate disputes, ACL disputes, negligence and banking and finance.
Paul has a particular expertise in building and construction and corporate recovery, having co-founded Professional Recovery Services and ConstructSupport Australia, servicing clients Australia wide.
Clients include publicly listed companies, government authorities, SME businesses, high net wealth individuals and some of Australia’s leading insolvency practitioners.
Prior to founding RA Law Group, Paul has owned several businesses spanning across various industry sectors.
